		Using the BD-CMM to Improve BD Results This half-day workshop allows participants to get a practical look at how they can use the BD-CMM as a tool to manage and improve their companies' business development (BD) capability. They experience: How BD-CMM appraisals are conducted. Appraisals are the cornerstone to establish an accurate baseline for building BD capability using the BD-CMM. Analysis of a mock company's BD capability. Being able to interpret the BD-CMM for a particular company's BD environment is essential for applying the model properly. Overview During this workshop, participants go through a series of short exercises to analyze a mock company's BD maturity, evaluate options for improvement, and assess the benefits of increased BD capability. It provides a practical way to understand the relevance of the model to achieve real results.
